Karen Parker

Karen Parker has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Services at Bournemouth University since February 2008. Prior roles at Bournemouth University include Deputy Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Prior to this, Karen Parker was an HR Manager at the University of Southampton from June 2001 to February 2008, contributing significantly to the development and management of HR functions in both institutions.
