Natali Gevorgyan is a seasoned human resources professional with experience as a Human Resources Specialist in the United States Army Reserve and various roles in civilian organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and Talent Acquisition Specialist at Bournewood Health Systems since January 2023, Natali has previously held the position of Office Coordinator at the Institute of Eastern Mediterranean Studies at Emmanuel College from December 2018 to May 2022, as well as a Teacher Assistant at Global Montessori School from 2016 to 2018. Natali holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and Comparative Politics from Emmanuel College and possesses a certification as a Human Resources Specialist from United States Army Schools & Centers.
