Prior roles include Rail Fleet Manager at Koch Industries, where responsibilities encompassed optimizing railcar fleet operations, reducing transportation costs, and managing fleet projects. Derek's career began with positions in accounting and finance at Flint Hills Resources and Spirit AeroSystems.
