As Co-Founder and Director of Finance & Operations at Pomegranate Capital Partners, Adrien oversees financial operations, develops investment strategies, and ensures operational efficiency across multiple restaurant locations. In addition, Adrien has held key roles such as Managing Director at André Balazs Properties, where responsibilities included managing Sunset Beach Hotel and its restaurant, and as Partner at The Ten Bells and Le Comptoir. With a focus on boutique hospitality consulting through TTB Hospitality, Adrien also invests in Bouvery Inc., a luxury chocolate liqueur brand.
