Leroy Senior

Leroy Senior has over 30 years of experience in the culinary industry, with a focus on leadership roles. Leroy began their career at Chester Boyd as a Commis Chef and worked their way up to Head Chef. Leroy then worked at Gow's Restaurant as Chef de Partie, Sous Chef, and eventually Head Chef for five years.
