Frédéric Mathevet

Frédéric Mathevet's work experience includes being the Head of Compensation & Benefits at Groupe Bouygues since October 2021. Previously, they worked at Bouygues Construction as the Director of Human Resources Development from September 2013 to March 2016, where they specialized in international mobility, compensation & benefits, and HRIS. Frédéric also served as the HR Director at Bouygues Construction during the same period. Before that, from January 2000 to August 2013, they were the HR Manager at Bouygues Travaux Publics. Prior to that, they worked as the Controller at Saur from September 1996 to December 1999, and as a Financial Controller at Bouygues Travaux Publics from September 1995 to August 1996.

Frédéric Mathevet obtained a Master's degree in Finance from IAE Paris in 1998. Frédéric also completed their Bachelor's degree in Economic Sciences with a focus on Banking/Finance at Université Paris Nanterre from 1989 to 1993.
