Eli Muraidekh is a Managing Director leading Bow River Capital’s Private Credit team and chairs the Credit Investment Committee. In this role, Eli is responsible for asset allocation and investment selection, including originating, structuring, and leading private credit transactions across the capital structure. He also chairs Bow River Capital’s Risk Committee.
Eli brings more than 30 years of global investment experience across multiple platforms. He has in-depth expertise in investing in public and private credit and equity markets and at every stage of a company’s life cycle. Prior highlights include investing on behalf of Goldman Sach’s private equity and mezzanine funds, co-founding Elwin Capital Partners, a global growth equity fund, leading financial restructurings on behalf of BlueBay Asset Management’s billion-dollar distressed debt fund, and managing the assets of the multi-billion dollar philanthropic foundation associated with Lord Jacob Rothschild’s Family. More recently, he co-founded and acted as CFO of Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp, an NYSE listed company, and seed-funded Wayflyer, a fintech company, which has provided over $2 billion of financing to 1,500 eCommerce companies.
