Rhoena Dehaan

Rhoena DeHaan has been an instructor and practicum supervisor in the Early Childhood Education and Development program since 2004. Rhoena holds a Master's degree in Education, a Bachelor's degree in Education, and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Development. She has over 28 years of experience in the field of education and has worked in numerous Early Learning and Child Care environments locally and internationally, including Guyana, Jamaica, and Uganda. Her expertise incorporates the structuring of the following programs: daycare, kindergarten, nursery, and elementary. She also engages in Early Childhood Education and Development curriculum development and workshop delivery. Rhoena’s contribution in this field has earned her an Outstanding Early Learning and Child Care Service Award. Additionally, her passion and commitment have influenced her school building and teacher training projects in Guyana.
