Kate Sarama FCIPD is currently the Head of Human Resources at Bowel Cancer UK, bringing a wealth of experience from her previous roles as Head of Human Resources at Grandir UK, Group Director of HR, Compliance & Operations at Flavour Warehouse Limited, and Director of Human Resources and Compliance at The Vapouriz Group. With a background in HR leadership at organizations like Jigsaw Trust and The Howard Partnership Trust, she has a proven track record of managing and overseeing HR projects to drive organizational growth. Prior to this, she held positions in studio operations management at Ealing Studios, Warner Bros. Animation, and Amblin Entertainment, Inc. Kate holds a BH (Hons) degree in Humanities from London University (Roehampton) and has a background in education from Godalming VI Form College and Guildford High School.
