Jay Baumgartner

Jay Baumgartner serves as the Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Otis R. Bowen Center for Human Services since September 1991. Prior to this role, Jay worked as a Staff Accountant at Ernst & Young from August 1989 to September 1991. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne, earned between 2007 and 2009, and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Manchester University, completed from 1985 to 1989.
