Clifford François has a diverse work experience, starting in 2014 as a Network administrator assistant at Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement House. In this role, they performed various system administration duties, including server and database management, application support, and network security. CLIFFORD also had experience with antivirus monitoring and remediation. Clifford then joined Bowery Residents' Committee in 2016 as a Site Operations Manager and Fire Life Safety Director, responsible for managing site operations and ensuring fire safety protocols. In 2019, they transitioned to Brosnan Risk Consultants, where they continued their role as a Site Operations Manager and Fire Life Safety Director, this time serving Citi Bank. Clifford's most recent position was at Jacobs Riis Settlement as a Network Administrator Assistant, where they worked until October 2021.

Clifford François earned a Master of Public Administration - MPA degree in Emergency and Disaster Management from Metropolitan College of New York in 2020. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications throughout their education history. In August 2014, they became a Computer Service Technician (ETA-int.) certified by ETA International. In February 2022, they obtained a certification in Electrical Systems: Reading Drawings and Schematics from LinkedIn. Following that, in October 2022, they completed the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera. In November 2022, they achieved the Certified Project Manager (CPM) certification from Google. Lastly, in January 2023, they obtained the edX Verified Certificate for Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from Harvard University.
