Matthew Joseph Cavadas is a professional with extensive experience in valuation and commercial real estate analysis. Currently serving as a Valuation Associate at Bowery Valuation since July 2021, Matthew has underwritten numerous properties, exceeded appraisal revenue goals, and collaborated closely with leadership to enhance valuation platforms.
