Janine Redfern

Janine Redfern (ACMA) is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial systems management and business analysis. Currently serving as Financial Systems Manager at Bowmans since May 2017, Janine oversees the Thomson Reuters Elite 3e and Intapp, leading a Helpdesk team that provides support across multiple African countries. Prior to this role, Janine worked as a Consultant at EPI-USE, focusing on SAP BPC and providing solutions for prominent clients, and as a Finance Process Improvement Analyst at South African Breweries, where Janine contributed to profitability modeling and process enhancements. Additional experience includes roles as Management Accountant at Mott MacDonald and Cost Accountant at Learning Tree International, alongside gaining foundational experience in finance analysis at Harlequin Mills and Boon. Janine holds a psychology degree from the University of the Witwatersrand and has completed CIMA and other relevant qualifications.
