Matthias Piekarczyk

Matthias Piekarczyk has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Matthias is currently working as the Chief Sales Officer (CSO) at BOX ID Systems GmbH, where they specialize in supply chain visibility technology and data analytics for monitoring shipments and logistics processes. Prior to this, Matthias worked as a Partner at ACE Consulting Experts GmbH from 2020 to 2022.

From 2015 to 2020, Matthias held positions at Knorr-Bremse, starting as the Lead Account Manager Truck and later becoming the Director of Sales & Marketing Truck OE. In these roles, they played a crucial role in new business pitches, on-boarding new products, and achieving sales targets.

Matthias Piekarczyk completed their undergraduate studies from 2000 to 2004 at Bundeswehr University Munich, where they earned a Univ Engineering Degree in Air and Space Technology. Matthias then pursued further education at FernUniversität in Hagen from 2006 to 2012, obtaining a Univ. Degree in Business Science. During this time, their field of study included Change Management, Organisation & Planning, and Banking.

In addition to their formal education, Matthias Piekarczyk obtained various certifications. In June 2011, they received the APMP Project Management Qualification and the Cambridge ESOL Level 2 - Certificate in Advanced English. In January 2010, they completed the Lean Fundamentals course from the College of Management and Technology. Matthias was also recognized as an IMPG 2017 Alumni by Knorr-Bremse.
