Heike Hiss

Heike Hiss is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Member at Talent Collective since June 2023, focusing on empowering women and non-binary individuals in the recruiting field. Since April 2014, Heike has held various leadership roles at Box, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Global Executive Search, where the mission is to attract and hire top talent. Additionally, Heike has contributed as an Expert-in-Residence at Rippleworks since November 2020, supporting impactful social ventures. Past experience includes senior executive recruiting roles at Juniper Networks, Heidrick & Struggles, Apple Computer, and Korn Ferry, along with an executive recruiter position at Headline Personalberatung GmbH. Heike holds a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree in Business Administration and Languages from the University of Heilbronn.
