Monika Kozłowska

Monika Kozłowska currently serves as Team Manager II in People Operations at Box since April 2024. Prior to this role, Monika held various positions at Groupon from March 2015 to April 2024, including Head of People Operations and HR Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing teams, standardizing HR processes, supporting employee development, and aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Monika began a career in HR at CALZ Polska Sp. z o.o., working as a Junior Working Time Specialist, and earlier gained experience at McDonald's as a Deputy Manager. Monika holds a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, and Insurance from the University of Warsaw and completed a Bachelor’s degree in the same field.
