Rand Wacker

Rand Wacker is an experienced leader in product strategy and management, currently serving as VP of Product Strategy at Box, where the focus is on AI and Cloud Content Management. Previously, Rand held the position of SVP of Product and Design at HackerOne, significantly contributing to team expansion and revenue growth. Experience at Box spans from 2013 to 2021, where Rand was instrumental in transforming the company’s product offerings and driving market positioning. Additional roles include VP at CloudPassage, Director of Product Management at Cisco, and leadership positions at IronPort Systems, Sendmail, Inc., and Amazon. Rand holds an MBA in General Management and Entrepreneurship from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
