Virender Gupta

Virender Gupta is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within software engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Relay and BoxSign at Box since September 2018, Virender oversees multiple engineering teams across various global locations and successfully led the release of BoxSign. As a Principal at Savvy Technology Solutions Inc., Virender develops full-stack JAVAScript solutions and Enterprise JAVA applications for pharmaceutical clients. Previous roles include CTO and VP Engineering at Eponym, where management of a $5M startup and its e-commerce operations was key, as well as VP Technology Solutions at Glemser Technologies, focusing on full P&L responsibility for technology projects in the pharmaceutical sector. A member of the Forbes Technology Council, Virender's early career includes senior software engineering positions at several companies, building a strong foundation in scalable application frameworks and rigorous project leadership. Virender holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electronic Instrumentation and Process Control from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology.
