Audia Wells

Audia Wells, MOB, SHRM-CP, serves as the Regional Manager for the Welfare & Self Reliance Department of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints since April 2014, focusing on strategic planning and change management across multiple geographies. As the Founder of TILT HR CONSULTING LLC since July 2005, Audia has provided training and integration solutions. Audia also served as an Organization Transformation Consultant for Better Organizations by Design from December 2020 to February 2024, specializing in HR process scaling and DEI integration. Previous roles include Human Capital Business Partner at Dover Corporation and Human Resource Manager at Centric Health Finance, where Audia established the HR department for a start-up. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Organizational Development and a Master's degree in Development Economics and International Development from Brigham Young University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from Emory University.
