Emma Rawson-Te Patu

Emma Rawson-Te Patu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public health and indigenous consultation. Currently serving as the Editor Tangata Whenua at the Public Health Communications Center, Emma has held a director position at ManuKahu Associates Limited since 2014, focusing on training, supervision, and public health leadership. As a consultant for the New Zealand Human Rights Commission and previously for E Tipu e Rea Whanau Services, Emma has contributed to significant equity initiatives. With a strong academic background, including a Master of Philosophy in Public Health from Auckland University of Technology, Emma has demonstrated a commitment to improving indigenous health outcomes through various roles in health promotion, education, and research.
