João Caetano

João Caetano has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. João started their career in 2005 as a Siebel Consultant at WeDo Technologies, where they worked until 2010. João then joined Novabase, where they held various positions including Enterprise Applications Professional, CRM Senior Consultant, and CRM & Digital Channels Architect | Associate Specialist. In 2018, João joined Boxfusion Consulting Limited as CX Cloud Architect | Principal Consultant, and later became the Head of Operational Delivery. Overall, João has proven expertise in CRM, digital channels, and project delivery.

João Caetano attended the University of Lisbon from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Licentiate degree in Innovation & Technologies.
