Simon Champion

Simon Champion is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and financial management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer of BOXPARK since February 2018, Simon led a management buyout in September 2021 and oversees all business operations. Previously, as Managing Director at BOXPARK, Simon was instrumental in the company's commercial success, including the establishment of the world's first "pop up" mall. Prior roles include CFO at Propercorn, where the brand became the leading premium popcorn in the UK, and CEO of easyHotel plc, where leadership resulted in a successful IPO. Simon's finance expertise was further developed during tenure as Managing Director in Equity Research at Deutsche Bank and as an Equity Analyst at Charterhouse Tilney. Simon's early career included roles at KPMG UK in audit and corporate finance. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Nottingham.
