Alex Bolas

Alex Bolas has held various product management roles throughout their career. Alex began their career at Capita as an Assistant Product Manager, where they gained experience in requirements gathering, user story writing, and product demos. In 2016, Alex became a Lead Product Manager at Founder and Lightning, where they oversaw a team of eight product managers and four designers. Alex was responsible for scaling and mentoring the teams, refreshing company offerings, and leading sales pitches. In 2019, Alex joined essensys as a Product Owner, where they were in charge of delivering a mobile app for flexible workspaces. Alex worked closely with a multinational team to design and build the app, and left with a minimum viable product. Later in 2019, Alex joined BOXT Limited as a Senior Product Manager. In this role, they brought new propositions to market, improved conversion rates and average order values, and managed projects across e-commerce, subscription services, and mobile app development. As the business scaled, they took advantage of increased data and tools.

Alex Bolas attended the University of Exeter from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Business and Management.
