Luc Smeets possesses extensive experience in software architecture and IT management, currently serving as Technical Outsource Manager at ICT Strypes since July 2023, facilitating communication between Dutch customers and Bulgarian development teams. Since January 2014, Luc has been an IT Architect at Boxx Global Expat Solutions, specializing in customized database solutions and consistent data management. As the owner of Eagle IT Services since April 2013, Luc oversees IT needs and requirements transformation into high-quality implementations, leveraging over 20 years of experience across various domains, including medical systems and consumer products. Previous roles include Software Architect positions at prestigious companies like Lightyear, Philips Healthcare, and Varian Medical Systems, where Luc focused on developing medical applications and treatment room technologies. Luc began professional endeavors as a Software Designer at Philips ASA Lab and Heidelberg Contiweb, contributing to DVD technology and printing solutions. Educationally, Luc holds a Master’s degree in Computing Science from Eindhoven University of Technology.
