Lawrence Wilson

Lawrence Wilson is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in corporate, real estate, and securities law. Since May 2016, Lawrence has served as a Shareholder at BoyarMiller, a Houston-based law firm. Prior to this role, Lawrence was the Director at Kane Russell Coleman & Logan, PC, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, and corporate finance from June 2010 to April 2016. Lawrence was also a Principal at Franklin, Cardwell & Jones, P.C. from January 2001 to June 2010, specializing in similar areas of law.
