Andrea Sparks

Andrea Sparks has extensive experience in the casino and gaming industry. Andrea began their career as a Security Officer at Harrah's Casino and Hotel in 2003. Andrea then moved on to become a Tables Games Dealer at Harrahs Casino and Hotel from 2004 to 2007. Andrea worked at Lumeier Place as a Table Games Dual Rate Supervisor in 2007 and then as a Table Games Supervisor from 2008 to 2010. Andrea then joined River City Casino and Hotel, where they served as an Assistant Casino Manager from 2010 to 2014 and then as a Casino Manager from 2014 to the present. Currently, Andrea is working at Boyd Gaming as a Player Development Manager, a role they have held since 2017. In 2022, they were promoted to the position of Director of Casino Marketing.

Andrea Sparks received an Associates degree in Psychology from Rend Lake College from 1998 to 2000. Andrea then attended Missouri Baptist University from 2000 to 2003 where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.
