Krist J Walicky, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and industries. From 2000 to 2005, Krist worked at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa as an Executive Assistant to the President, where they assisted in various property management functions and conducted operations analysis.
In 2006, Krist joined Boyd Gaming as the Director Planning for Echelon Resorts, reporting to the CEO and President. They managed the design of multiple construction projects and were responsible for a budget of $150 million. Krist also served as the Director Strategic Planning and Development, contributing to the overall company strategic planning and facilitating new projects from concept design to completion.
Currently, at Boyd Gaming, Krist holds the position of Director Corporate Development Projects. They provide project leadership for corporate-level projects across 28 properties. They are currently engaged in developing a $500+ million new casino resort just south of Sacramento, California.
Outside of the gaming and hospitality industry, Krist has also been involved in education and cultural organizations. They served as a Board Member and Treasurer for the Académie Francophone de Las Vegas, where they helped enhance French culture and language education. Krist also served as a Board Member for Quest Preparatory Academy, a Nevada State Charter School.

Krist J Walicky, MBA has a diverse education history. In 2021, they obtained an Executive Masters Business Administration degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued Intermediate/Advance French Language Immersion Courses at the Académie Francophone de Las Vegas. In 1990-1991, they studied Economics with a focus on International Business and Finance at Newcastle University. Krist J also holds a degree in Economics from Stockton University, completed between 1988 and 1992, where their field of study was Economics and Technology. Additionally, between 1997 and 1998, they studied Business Administration with a concentration in Technology at the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
