Mark Lavoie

Mark LaVoie has had a successful career in the food and beverage industry. Mark started as the Director of Operations at BJ's Restaurants in 2003 and later became the Corporate Vice President of Food and Beverage at Station Casinos from 2006 to 2013. LaVoie then joined Warner Gaming, LLC as the Vice President of Non-Gaming Operations, focusing on food and beverage. In 2015, they founded their own consulting firm, LaVoie Consulting, before transitioning to the role of Vice President of Food and Beverage at Boyd Gaming, where they currently work.

Mark LaVoie attended Macalester College from 1980 to 1983, where they studied Economics. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Anoka Sr. High School.
