Courtney Albee

Courtney Albee currently serves as the Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity Manager at Boyd Group Services Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Courtney held several positions at T-Mobile from February 2014 to December 2022, including Sr Business Operations Manager supporting the Top 100 Markets, Sr Program Manager for Leadership Development DE&I, and Sr Program Manager for Business Planning. Earlier experience includes working as a Sr Administrative Assistant at Dow and various positions at Verizon Wireless, focusing on customer service and operations from March 2008 to July 2012. Courtney is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership at The University of Arizona Global Campus and previously earned a Bachelor’s Degree in African-American/Black Studies from Georgia State University.
