Mark Debord

Mark DeBord is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR leadership across various industries. Currently serving as the Sr Manager, HR Business Partner for the West Division at Boyd Group Services Inc. since June 2023, Mark previously held the role of HR Business Partner at TruckPro, LLC from August 2018 to June 2023, and worked as a Human Resources Advisor at AutoZone from August 2009 to August 2018. Mark's career path includes significant achievements in supply chain operations, having progressed from a front-line supervisor to a corporate-level manager overseeing HR functions across ten distribution centers, supporting nearly 5,000 employees. Mark’s earlier experience includes positions at Carpenter Co. and a 20-year service in the United States Air Force as a Production Superintendent. Academically, Mark holds multiple degrees, including two Master of Science degrees in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and Leadership from Grand Canyon University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management from Park University.
