Thomas Henson

Thomas Henson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Thomas started their career at Lockheed Martin in 1990, where they served as a Launch Operations Supervisor. Thomas supervised staff and maintained space launch security systems, implemented operational processes, and played a key role in successful DOD contract competitions. In 1997, they joined Molex as the Director of Information Technology Infrastructure, where they focused on IT strategy, cloud migration, cost-saving initiatives, and risk management. In 2012, they assumed the role of Chief Information Security Officer at Molex, driving security as part of the business's strategic initiatives and deploying risk management strategies. Thomas also worked at SideChannel as a vCISO, delivering cybersecurity programs tailored to specific industries and compliance requirements. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Enterprise InfoSec & Compliance at Boyd Group Services Inc.

Thomas Henson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics from Chapman University in 1995. In 2011, they obtained their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) with a focus on Management Information Systems (MIS) from Benedictine University.
