Katie Ford

Katie Ford has worked in the recruitment and administrative fields since 2012. Katie began their career as an Administrative Assistant at Trinitas Health Foundation, where they provided general administrative support and streamlined the process for extracting charitable gift data and statistical reports. Katie also assisted in planning and executing fundraising events. In 2014, they joined NTT DATA Americas as a Recruitment Coordinator/Office Manager. In 2015, they began working as a Technical Recruiter at Jobspring Partners. In 2018, they joined Boyle Software as Head of People and Head of Recruitment, and also Salt as a Senior Tech Recruiting Consultant.

Katie Ford attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus from 2008 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Management.
