Joel Raville

Joel Raville has over 17 years of experience in hospitality management and guest relations, currently serving as the Conventions Setup Manager at Boyne Mountain Resort since December 2006. In this role, Joel oversees a team responsible for setting up meeting rooms, managing audio-visual needs, and coordinating various guest services, including shuttle and ski valet operations. Prior positions at Boyne Resorts include Conventions Setup Supervisor and Assistant Conventions Manager, where Joel managed staff and oversaw inventory of audio-visual equipment. Previous experience includes roles in broadcasting, where Joel served as a Radio Board Operator, producing sports broadcasts and children's programming. Joel started their career in customer service at Kewadin Shores Casino and Boyne Highlands Resort. Joel holds a high school diploma from Cheboygan Area Schools.
