Sherman Thomas

Sherman Thomas is currently the Unit Director at Thornberry at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. Sherman has previous experience working as a behavioral health specialist, school counselor, and 504 coordinator. Sherman's passion is working with youth and helping them reach their full potential. Sherman has been working in the field of education and counseling for over 7 years and has made a positive impact on the lives of many young people.

Sherman Thomas graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services and a Minor in Recreation from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Sherman Thomas then went on to earn a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Webster University.

Sherman Thomas works with Michelle Ruffin - Director, Safety, Compliance & Prevention, Roger McCoy - Chief Administrative Officer, and Elaine Allen - Director, Arts. Sherman Thomas reports to Dred Scott, President & CEO.
