Dineen Peters (Boyle)

Dineen (Boyle) Peters has a diverse work experience in various roles. Dineen started their career at InkHouse Media + Marketing, where they worked as an Account Coordinator and later as an Assistant Account Executive. During this time, they wrote press releases, articles, and blog posts, managed social media campaigns, and built relationships with key media targets.

Dineen then joined Seascape Capital Management, LLC as a Marketing + Business Development Manager. In this role, they managed marketing, communications, public relations, client relations, and business development efforts. Dineen was responsible for creating content for client newsletters, managing the firm's digital presence, organizing events, and coordinating client relations.

Afterwards, Dineen joined Planet Fitness and held multiple roles within the company. Dineen first worked as a Communications Specialist, overseeing corporate and franchisee communications. Dineen was quickly given expanded responsibilities, including leading the development and launch of Planet Fitness's first national philanthropic initiative. Later, they became the Communications & Corporate Social Responsibility Manager, where they oversaw the brand's charitable initiative and managed agency teams and nonprofit partnerships. As a Senior Manager, Corporate Social Responsibility, Dineen led the development and execution of the company's corporate social responsibility strategy, including the creation of the company's first DE&I task force and DEI&I roadmap, as well as the development of the first formal ESG report.

Most recently, Dineen has joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the Director of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development, starting in 2023.

Dineen (Boyle) Peters completed their high school education in 2008, earning a High School Diploma from Milton Academy. Dineen then went on to study at Boston College, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2012.
