Felicia Robinson

Felicia Robinson is an experienced human resources leader with a diverse background spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of America since February 2023, Felicia has previously held senior roles such as Chief People and Inclusion Officer at Bright Horizons and Vice President of Human Resources at both Family Dollar and Dollar Tree Stores. Felicia's expertise includes leading large teams, developing Total Rewards programs, and driving talent management initiatives, as demonstrated during an interim period as Chief People Officer at Belk, where significant improvements in associate engagement and turnover were achieved. Earlier career experiences include managing global compensation and benefits strategies at The Coca-Cola Company and providing HR consulting services at PwC for Fortune 500 clients.
