Susannah E. Gast has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles.

Starting in 2002, they worked at CitiMortgage as a Team Lead in Audit, where they managed teams and developed training programs. Susannah E. then interned as a Summer Associate at FBR in 2006.

In 2007, Gast joined DRT Strategies as a Senior Associate and later became a Manager. Susannah E. managed a support project, overseeing project delivery, budgeting, and staff development.

In 2012, they joined MorganFranklin Consulting as a Manager in the Strategy, Finance, and Operations - Commercial Practice. Here, they established an Enterprise Project Management Office and led process improvement initiatives.

Gast moved to the USO in 2014 and served as an IT Project Manager, Senior Manager for Fundraising Systems & Data, and Director of Development Operations. In these roles, they managed a multidisciplinary team, implemented a donor database system, and oversaw gift and data processes.
