Vianey Hernandez

Vianey Hernandez has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Vianey is currently employed as a Site Operations Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they are responsible for management duties such as document typing, communication with parents, and database management. Prior to this, they worked as an Assessment and Services Coordinator at Peninsula Volunteers, Inc., conducting client eligibility assessments and providing them with community resources.

Vianey has also worked as a Program Associate at Bay Area Cancer Connections, where they managed programs, maintained online platforms, and advocated for clients. In addition, they served as an Admin Intern at Fresh Lifelines for Youth (FLY), where they handled data entry and donor communication using Salesforce software.

Vianey has experience in the education sector as well. Vianey worked as a Parent Center Employee at Alpha Public Schools, conducting home visits and supporting parents with community resources. Vianey also worked as a Student Information Service Intern at Rocketship Education, where they assisted with student record management and enrollment information.

Additionally, Vianey was part of the SJSU Action Research Team at San Jose State University.

Vianey Hernandez completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from San Jose State University between 2014 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended Washington High School from 2008 to 2012. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Adobe InDesign CS6 certification from Pasadena City College in February 2019. Vianey also has certifications in CA Food Handlers Card, First Aid and CPR, as well as a Spanish Counseling Credential, but the institutions and dates of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
