Marco Delarosa

Marco DeLaRosa has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the education and youth development sector. Marco started their career as a College Intern at Chicago Public Schools in 2004 and later became a Community Learning Center Aide at Logan Square Neighborhood Association. In 2011, they joined Right At School as a Site Director before taking on the role of Director of Operations at Each One Teach One Literacy in 2013. Marco then served as the Director of Youth Services at Gads Hill Center and held positions such as Program Director and Club Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago. Marco's most recent role, starting in 2021, is as the Chief Program Officer at Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago.

Marco DeLaRosa earned their Bachelor's degree in Urban Education and Leadership from Northeastern Illinois University, completing their studies in the years 2009 to 2012.
