Zach Borenstein

Zach Borenstein is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, community support, and marketing. Currently serving as an Employability Skills Instructor for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Memphis since February 2023, Zach assists teens in resume and cover letter writing, workforce readiness, and STEM instruction, including graphic design. Previously, Zach worked as a Math Teacher at Hollandale School District, where responsibilities included designing mathematics curricula for grades six through twelve and securing funding for enrichment materials through Donors Choose. As a Case Manager/Navigator at RiseBoro Community Partnership, Zach managed cases for individuals at risk of homelessness, ensuring housing stability through program and benefits navigation. Zach's early experience includes serving as a Community Health Volunteer with the Peace Corps, training adolescents in sexual and reproductive health and educating adults about nutrition. Additionally, Zach has marketing experience from Oxford University Press, where responsibilities included managing marketing plans for linguistic publications and conducting proofreading and editing projects.
