Adam Rodgers has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Adam started their career as a Camp and Child Care Staff at the YMCA of Greater Boston in 2002 and progressed to become a Camp Director and After School Site Director. Later, they worked as an Executive Director of Camp and After School Programs at Guard Up! Inc. from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they joined YMCA of the North Shore as the Director of Teen and Camp Programs, where they were responsible for managing Summer Day Camp programs and designing and implementing teen programs for multiple communities. In 2014, Adam became the Director of Operations at Mahi Mahi Cruises & Charters, before eventually becoming the Chief Executive Officer of Boys & Girls Clubs of Stoneham & Wakefield in 2015, where they currently hold the position.
Adam Rodgers holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Anthropology from the University of Ottawa. In addition to their academic qualifications, they have obtained several certifications, including Certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) from BDO FMA in 2022, Program Certificate in Strategic Agility and Inclusive Leadership from Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2021, and Advanced Leadership Program Graduate from Boys & Girls Clubs of America in 2016. Adam is also certified as a CPR and First Aid Trainer by the Health & Safety Institute (HSI), a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) by the National Swimming Pool Foundation, and a Multi Team Leader by YMCA of the USA (National Resource Office).
