Jeff Collins

Jeff Collins is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and governance across various organizations. Since February 2023, Jeff has served as a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Capital Area. In the role of Vice President of Government Programs at MVP Health Care, a position held since January 2021, Jeff demonstrates expertise in health care policy and program management. Jeff's previous roles include Vice President and Market Growth Leader at UnitedHealth Group, as well as board member positions with several organizations including Guilderland Travel Baseball Inc., Healthy Capital District Initiative, Senior Services of Albany, and Wildwood Programs. Earlier experience includes regional sales and marketing leadership at Fidelis Care and managerial roles at Value Options and Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield. Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Public Communications from The College of Saint Rose and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Communications from Siena College.
