Floyd Cephas

Floyd Cephas, Jr. currently serves as the Senior Director of Mentoring & Prevention Programs at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Western Pennsylvania since June 2023 and previously held the position of Director of Prevention Programs. Floyd served as the Director of FAME Academy at FAME - Fund for Advancement of Minorities through Education from May 2016 to September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Program Director for Project HOPE, PBIS Coordinator, District Behavior Support Coach, and Behavior Support Coach/Counselor at Propel Schools from February 2007 to May 2016. Floyd began their career as an Associate Teacher in the Wilkinsburg School District from October 2003 to February 2007. Floyd holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Mercyhurst University and attended Shady Side Academy.
