Monica Lavorgna

As Senior Vice President for Retail Assets, Monica oversees 3.1 million square feet of retail/office for Bozzuto mixed-use properties in Florida, Georgia, Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, California, and Washington State. Monica has been with Bozzuto Management Company for 10 years providing strategic support to site teams by refining processes for budgeting and reconciling of shared expenses as well as expertise in REA condo structure. Working in conjunction with her team, they have been successful in providing value-add services from LOI/Lease review to Tenant Coordination for Bozzuto clients.

Prior to working for Bozzuto, Monica garnered experience over 18 years in both residential & commercial property and asset management field.
