Ameet Thakkar

Ameet Thakkar is an experienced professional in the field of talent management and organizational psychology, currently serving as Vice President of Leadership and Culture at bp since July 2011. Ameet has held multiple significant roles within the company, including Vice President of Future Skills and Learning and Director of Talent and Learning at the Midstream Academy. Prior to bp, Ameet worked at OPP as a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Principal Consultant from June 2005 to July 2011, and previously held roles at Capita and Psychological Consultancy Ltd. Ameet holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and has undergraduate education from the University of Leeds.
