Charles Chapman

Charles Chapman possesses extensive experience in project controls and management, having served as Director of Project Controls, Project Services Manager, and Projects Performance Manager at bp. Prior to that, Charles held a position in Structural Engineering and Project Systems Management at Mustang Engineering and worked as a Structural Engineer at Pegasus International. Charles's academic foundation in Civil/Structural Engineering was established at Texas A&M University, where studies were completed from 1994 to 1998.
