Kevin Roddy

Kevin Roddy is an experienced organizational effectiveness and change management leader currently serving as Vice President of Operating Model, Org Design, and Effectiveness at bp since June 2021, focusing on transforming the company towards carbon neutrality. Prior to this role, Kevin held various leadership positions, including Managing Director at Genpact and &Thrive Consulting Ltd, as well as Global Head of Org Effectiveness at Rolls-Royce. With a strong background in managing organizational change during digital transformations, Kevin has contributed to significant programs at prominent companies such as AIG, BT, and Ernst & Young. Kevin holds an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a BSc in Applied Psychology and Sociology from the University of Surrey.
