Mariza Fotiou

Mariza Fotiou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital product management and education. Currently serving as a Board Advisor at Eduvate.biz and as the Founder of CuriousIQ, Mariza is dedicated to developing untapped talent and providing equal access to quality education in data analytics in Greece. In current roles at bp, Mariza leads the Digital Fleet portfolio and previously drove digital transformation initiatives as the Digital Factory Director. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for Digital at HSBC Private Banking, where Mariza established the digital department and led global compliance upskilling projects. Mariza's educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance from Baruch College and a Design Thinking course from MIT Sloan School of Management.
