Shawntel Daniels

Shawntel Daniels currently serves as the VP of Development and Operations at bp, a position held since June 2024. Prior to this role, Shawntel was the Director of Franchise Operations at Planet Fitness from December 2022 to 2024, where responsibilities included leading and supporting assigned franchise groups and organizing cross-functional teams to enhance brand performance.
