Sophia Nadur is a seasoned professional in the fields of innovation and venture management with a robust track record spanning several global companies. Currently serving as the Managing Director of bp Ventures for the Asia Pacific and Middle East & North Africa regions, Sophia focuses on venture deal making and portfolio management, particularly in areas such as e-mobility and renewable energy. With roles as a Non-Executive Director at both Magenta Mobility and BluSmart, Sophia actively contributes to sustainable transport solutions in India. Previous positions include Global Innovation Director at Ideas 2 Launch Ltd, Director of Innovation at BAT, and multiple leadership roles in marketing and innovation at prominent companies like Mondelēz International, Mars, and The Coca-Cola Company.
